The humane society sent this photo of Ned after the monkey hair phenomenon spread to my family in Ocean City. Within a week, Ned went from clean shaven politician for the county to this poor mix of monkey/man. It wil only be a matter of time until the conversion goes to full fledged silverback or baboon.
