Since Jimmy's visit last week it's all gone to hell in a handbasket. Over the weekend - stem splits galore - applied sulpher powder. Now today while vine pruning noticed vine borer grub infestation. Clearly my systemic ageant isn't doing the trick, or the frequent massive amount of rain has reduced it to a subtherapeutic level. Going to hit it with some liquid sevin and apply more Merit after work.
