I wonder what this stuff is? Is it really powdery mildew or downy mildew or is it damage from cucumber beetles? Once you get past the damaged leaves, the vines look beautiful, but I think it may be spreading down the vines. If anyone sees this and can offer me some good advice, I'm more than willing to listen. I'll post the second picture showing how pretty the vines look once you get past this stage. Whether these things are related, or not I don't know: Leaves look like they have a whitish film on them (hard water?), then get turn gray/white and crispy then get holes, then completely die.
