i will hold off on the co2 until this weekend. from the good advice from people here on bp.com, i will not mix it in my cocktail at 1 tsp per gallon. i will spray it by itself with a drop or 2 of dish soap for surfactant about every 10 days from hear on out starting this weekend. tonight the heat has broke and spraying is going on the 10th night since a heavy dose of quadris and demand cs was put on. i have waited til the heat broke so i can give them another heavy dose tonight. temps were still at 90 at twilight the past 3 nights and last night it rained like a son of a bitch so tonight i will do like i did 10 days ago. i spray 4 gallons of combo mix with the stihl fogger on small droplets concentrating under the leaves dropping the fogger head below the canopy and hitting every main vine thoroughly and secondaries too and under sides of leaves. that is 4 gallons to cover 3 plants. then i mix up 4 more gallons and do the big over the top blast from the perimeter with more throttle. i use enough force with the throttle to sort of blow the leaf bottoms over a bit to expose the bottom sides of leaves too and use the 4 gallons of mix for all three plants. 10 days is not pushing it with this kind of coverage, but this is the perfect condtions for disease so i will never go more than 7 days again here on out. i think i made a good decision though by not coating the leaves that had to deal with that dry hot pounding wind and still temps at 90 at twilight. 3 days off schedule will be tolerated this time, but next time if it is hot again i will just lower the doses and increase frequency to every 5 days.
