here is the 873 naylor 2009 a couple mornings ago at 31" circ. on day 10 at 6 am. it is officially now known as "April" who is Kenny Powers's woman as i am staying with the "East Bound and Down" theme. april is hitting at 4.5" per day and so is "Clegg" on the 991. and Kenny Powers is a freak and hitting a little over 6 inches per day already for a couple days in a row now. it is getting a more creamy white color every day now as well as "April" who is getting more white too. got a nice round one so far in april, and kenny powers is a long one that is a brute that is shaped like a keg. clegg on the 991 is an odd teardrop shape or honestly, it looks more like a big boob that is rounder by the stem but more pointy on the blossom side. i will take some 15 day pics and measurements and then after that it will be pics every 10 days with no measurements posted. i will keep a record for myself, but decided i will play my cards closer to the vest this year with the 5000 dollar first place prize looming out there. dreaming big. nice to have the electricity on for the first time in 2 days. spent the night of the storm at the motel 6 as it was way too hot in the house and i wanted to have a tv to watch the storm coverage. i ran to the basement after hearing the sound of the freight train and what also sounded like gunfire. it was trees snapping in sequence as the wind hit. wicked storm and trees down from my block to 6 corners as the storm rolled down route 30 and turned into a tornado by the time it hit matteson. 7 folded leaves to my surprise was the lump sum of the damage. nice. they all were on one section of the 873 more in the open on secondaries on the perimeter. the interior leaves had each other to lean on. i retrained a close secondary right through the gap and moved the other ones over a bit. no more gap. i got lucky.
