Here is my setup. I've got about 45 gallons going right now. I've got water, 12 oz molasses, some soluable kelp powder, and in the paint strainer tea-bag I've got 11 cups alfalfa pellets and 11 cups of worm castings. Within minutes it got a nice froth going.
