Well, today was the last day of school, so I can wholly dedicate my time to the barn and the patch. Today the temp was 58 degrees outside; I left my hoops closed all day, and got the temp up to the upper 80's inside. When I got home in the evening, I was able to get that 1164 vine tip down and buried. I used a couple of stakes to keep it from popping back up. I also buried the main on the 1191. It's looking good! Even the 1449.5 has laid down and is ready to be buried. Tomorrow I want to get all needed supplies to make my first batch of compost tea.
