I need to bury some vines in a bad way! Everything is getting nice, long vines. I've gotten a bit behind with the horse showing and work, so I think what I'll do is mound some secret mulch over the tops of them instead of trenching so that I don't disturb the roots. I don't know what's eating my leaves, but I'll try putting out some slug bait...haven't seen any signs of slugs in the patch, but it's worth a try. Whatever it is, it's only affecting my plants in the hoops; the husband's plant that is outside looks totally fine.
