Boy talk about stressing it last night with the frost..The Frost that didn't come....Tonight it may..that means it MAY...NOTHING definite. I'll take no chances. This morning I double wrapped the hoophouses with additional plastic and then I vented the entire structure. Its vented at a 80 degree temp. Before leaving for work I'll make sure I lay down the rubber maid containers then blanket them up. Its a stressor to say the least. The plants are looking good although I see that the 1596 Wallace plant looks a little unsettled. It has some damage to the leafs. My own fault of using some fish early on. Perhaps the mixture was to rich. At any rate I won't be fertilizing at all for quite some time. I may use more seaweed but no direct applications. Now the wait begins for a nice frost night or maybe not. I don't want to get to motivated and fry my plants before the frost comes in. Hell I bet the entire pumpkin growing world will laugh at that on.lmao! Kennytheheat did the reverse of what he was trying to do and still managed to kill of his plants lol! Never, Never Never I say!!!!
