I would like to send out my condolense to my friend Cindy in Little Rock for the loss of her plant last week. I made a stupid decision last Thursday and now I know exactly how she feels. I left my house at 6:00 AM on Thursday to drive the 300 miles to Spokane Washington to pick up my son from Gonzaga University for the summer. It was cool and cloudy with no sign of any sun. I opened two cloches and left one closed due to the poor way I set up the door. Turned out the sun came out and when I got home at 7:00 PM, the plant in the closed cloche, the 1579 Revier was cooked! I felt horrible but another lesson has been learned and I have moved on. I replaced the 1579 with an 851 fowler back up on Saturday and will hope it does well.
