and here are the giant tomato plants enjoying the warmth and sun. they are already established at this point and well acclimated to the sun and seem to love their new home and the bright sunshine today. all have been accounted for now except 4 of them. the 2 at the far end are the runts of the bunch and will go to anyone who wants them later for eater plants. the rest seem to be growing nicely and the trash talking at bobby's tap is already in full swing. it will be interesting to see what all my knuclehead friends can do at their first taste of giant vegetable growing. tommy t. the bartender is going to grow a couple and is gonna put up a betting sheet with odds. i haven't really seriously tried the giant tomatoes, but i bought the how to book from tom p. and let everyone read it. he said i will be going off at a 1-5 odds from my pumpkin experience and amped up patch soil, but i told him anyone who puts in the effort will have just as good a chance as the next knucklehead. let the games begin!!!!!!
