Since I am a backyard grower with only 1 patch, I rotate my planting spots each year. This year the planting spots will be back closer to the neighbours fence and plants growing towards my house and secondaries out towards the sides.
I've started some of my 728 seeds and Steve's 467 seeds for other local growers that grow without the aid of a hoophouse. I like to give those growers larger plants that have grown under lights for about a week and then in larger pots out in the hoophouse....gives that plant a fighting chance when planted and not protected in early May.
I'll be starting the 1370 Rose and 993 Vincent/McGill for my home patch in about 2 weeks along with a 1059 Vincent/McGill for Steve.
