This year I have managed to get hold of a brand new allotment. It use to be an old football pitch so should have good drainage. Managed to dig and rotavate a quarter of the plot today whilst also creating the paths.
I'll use the allotment to grow the veg for the pot which should give me more space at home to concentrate on pumpkin and show veg. I'll also be growing some different varieties of pumpkin on the allotment for 3D carving come Halloween time.
