March 6 already. We have robins in the yard, and a local turkey vulture sighting this last week. That means it's spring here! The greenhouse is showing signs of life. There's a lot of lettuce growing in there, some tomato seeds starting to show signs of leaves, too. I planted some of my pumpkin seeds a month ago for germination test. they are growing happily in the greenhouse. I plan to start my real plants for the local fair on Wednesday, March 10. That's my date. I can hardly wait. Each day I have to restrain myself from planting them. Season is upon us! Hooray! Can barely get to the garden. Mud mud mud. Didn't freeze last night. That's two nights in a row.
