I have been working on a germination chamber. I find the file, soak , moist paper towl in a ziplok bag works best for me. So here is a simple insulated box with a line voltage thermostat,heating pad and circulation fan. I have adjusted and changed this thing a few times in the last few days to get the most accurate and constant temps of 85-87 in the box. As a prototype it has required a lot of tweaking and I am getting close to perfecting it.
