Snow again. I swear we had so much rain during the growing season and now we have the snow in the winter. way to much snow.I dropped another 5 gallons of coffee grounds on the compost pile. I left the filters in this batch. I also added some organic table scraps to the mix. Wacked it up with some blood meal and will thror it on the compost pile. Can't wait for it to start to cook. This year the entire compost pile will be taken apart and added to the patch. This pile has been there for quite some time and i'm almost sure it's ready to be added. Sometime this week the worm farm will be in and I'll be able to start making some castings for some soil soup or in R.I. I call it Field Chowdah!
