here is a blurry pic under the reemay. i through some whole leaves over the cover crop seeds after raking them in to blanket them a bit from frost as they sprout. the ones that do not decompose will be raked off next spring before adding compost. this will be the latest date attempt at starting a cover crop and i will see how this experiment works.
