This little angel is my new granddaughter Claira Lynn. She was born on the 19th but had to go immediately to the IWK Children's hospital in Halifax. She was first diagnosed with having spina bifeda but it turned out to be a large tumor on her tailbone called a teratoma. It was removed after 4 hours of surgery but now she has an infection and will be there for a few more days at least. She's a cute little bugger with a great appetite.
