Another interesting town in Wyoming is Hulett near Devil's Tower which was the first national monument to be created. There is an old bar in Hulett where a stream flows under the building and behind the bar. Bottles of beer are placed in the running water to cool them. A sliding door below the back bar is slide open when you order a "tall cool one". Bartender wipes the excess water off the bottle and sets it on the bar for you. Speaking of streams cooling beer, in Pitkin, Colorado there is a bar when they use the stream water to cool the beverages also. In the days before refrideration many natural methods were used to cool beverages for the thirsty customers.
