here is a pic i lifted off the joliet herald web page of a kid sliding down the 1173 at the fall frenzy at joliet's pilcher park greenhouse. they do a nice display and kids climb all over the pumpkin the whole time. the cold subfreezing nights have given her a little more color which will be nice for when it comes back to bobby's tap for the big carving by my buddy "Will the Tattoo Artist". the traveling pumpkin show is not over yet. we still have to move the 1161 secondary pumpkin sitting at 333" ott. it will not get weighed, but it will find a nice home on my friends front porch for their kids. so 2 more moves by hand with tarps and the 2009 season will be officially over.
