I took the tomato to the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, Ohio State University Extension office and had it officially weighed in the presence of an AG agent.
When I weighed it I just threw the scale down and put the tomato on it.
When I took it to the county extension office I leveled out the scale prior to weighing the tomato.
The "Official" weight of the tomato is 4.83 pounds, which is even better. LOL
