The 1055 Joynson is the only one I covered with a sheet (like most growers recommend) and It developed a rotten spot on the top. Not sure if it's because of the sheet or not, but we've had a lot of wet weather lately. I hope it doesn't spread because this one was gaining 19.75 pounds per day for the last week, one of my fastest growers. Last year the most I got was 13.5 pounds per day peak growth. This year I'm behind on total weight because of the weather, but now gaining more per day, likely because of my greater effort like vine burying and vine control that I didn't do last year. I just hope I can keep some growing longer than last year if there is a chance to beat my PB.
