Have 150 feet of black garden hose in the backyard. Will connect this to pallet in the patch. During the day the sun will heat the water in the hose. In the evening will go to pallet and turn on the outlet valve. Water will run thru the hose until the heated water in the black hose comes out the outlet. When exiting water is hot will close the outlet valve and the inlet valve on the pallet. Now have 100 feet of heated water to warm the pumpkin as it put it to bed under it's blankets. Hope this will help pumpkins to grow in the cooler weather. We are getting into the 40's at night.
