Another cold and dreary day just past. Daytime temps down to 17 C and nightime to 8 C. Even though the pumpkins are covered, it is not enough to get reasonable growth.
Who ever mentioned "Global Warming" should take another look and maybe redefine the phrase to "Global Cooling", at least in our neck of the woods.
Even the insect population is devestated. I have never seen so few flying insects as this year. Most of them are probably unable to feed, lay eggs etc because of this un-naturally cold season.
