"freak"s 20 day numbers are 83"cc 53"sb 46"ss = 182" ott and an estimate of 138 pounds. "it" is going into unchartered teritories for me and has averaged 35 lbs a day for 7 straignt days and is sitting at 264.5"ott or 396 lbs on day 27. last 3 days have been brutal weather wise. yesterday's morning sunburst faded quick but we did see some afternoon sun after 2:30 pm for the first time in 3 days as the weather climbed into the 70s. i am done blanketing as the night time lows are gonna be closer to 60 this week. pumpkins always felt warmer than air temp when i took the blankets off the last 3 mornings. not sure if it helped any, but couldn't have hurt. i still have not given the plants any fertilizers (neither foliar or drench) since the middle of june and am leary of doing so until the weather gets more constant. probably wednesday i will drench neptunes and seaweed and do so weekly the rest of the season. a little humic acid will go into the eagle/demand cs fog tonight since it has been 12 days since the last combo spray. haven't seen any cukes or svbs for a couple weeks now and that is a good thing.
