Well I got home from work and made my rounds and I saw 6 leaves all folded up and dead so I cut off the bad vines and leaves on the 1279 Barlow plant then I saw the crown or stump had foam coming out of it were it was cracked when it was young. I scrapped out what I could and ran 125 ft drop cord out with fan and bleached and captan the area. I hope not to lose this plant. It is the largest of the 4 plants and best set on a main. But I have been here before every year always losing plants to disease of some kind. All the rain has not helped my case any.
