July 10th well I have learned a big lesson do not use roundup right before a heavy rain storm my new patch has been sick every sence they are slowly comming out of the round up 667 hampp got it the worst 1062 stelts seems to be comming out the fastest my 350 from last year isn't doing so well side vines the 1145 conley plant is ok but slow all have pumpkins from volly ball to baseball size. The best plants I have are in my 2 year old patch bye my shed growing them in the flag 1689 and the 1074 wallace the are out 22 feet on the vines the plants are 650sq feeta piece and i love how the open area to the mains are 3.5 ft apart with plywood down the middle pumpkins are volly ball size but the 1689 pumpkin is looking misshaped may cull have another 3ft out will wait a while 1074 looks real nice shaped . My other plant is a backup plant from 2 years ago 1097x998 plan is out 16ft with 2 young pumpkins on it they opened a day apart 13 ft and 14 ft out will get Rob hampp to take some pictures and post in a week or so well good luck growing!
