Buried vines again today and added granular Companion along the stems. Last weekend the 1396 Leonard had the entire one foot tip snapped off in the wind along with female that I would have been pollinating the next day...I think I'm at plan "G" or "H" by now. Oh well, I'm learning more with each thing that goes wrong. It was a lot easier when I THOUGHT I knew what I was doing, compared to now when I know what I SHOULD have done. Any way plants are looking healthy although I kept more than I should have. I may cull a couple plants when I get some pumpkins set.
