Cool, the 6thjuly and we still have six pumpkins going on six plants which makes a pleasant change. Stuart and I always remember back in the 70’s as kids coming back from our holiday, legging it round the back of the house to see how big our pumpkin was. So that’s why we grow them and I doubt if anything will ever change. So first up this week and is the 1385 up 199lbs for the week (our best ever weeks growth in a week, the best being Bart’s 905 which put on 182lbs in a week) and finishing on 345lbs.
