I am trying a bit of a different pattern to last year, I am training the plants diagonally across their plots so that I can fit about 25' of main vine under cover. The right hand side of the plant will be stopped when it reaches the edge of it's plot and will all be inside the tunnel but the left hand side of the plant is going out under the sheet and keep going which will give me a far bigger plant (in theory). The secondary vines are trained at 45 degrees to fit the plot.
