Dori's plants with lateral piled on plant to turn the soil around the plants. They were then layed out and staked down and buried. Her 1040 LaRue is in front and 1066 McKie in the back. Mains are about 8 long and 6 feet on the laterals. My plants are running a very distant second to her's.
