Busy day today...plan rebuild mater hut. Tore plastic off and patched 30 foot rip, that is after running all over town trying to find wide duct tape. Tilled weeds (green manure) and shoveled furrows. Put plastic back on. Dori planted 48 maters while I helped. We gave out so peppers will have to wait till tomorrow. Dori's pkns are about 6' across the laterals and 8' on the main. Am concerned as laterals are getting close to side of hut. Still have about 3 weeks of possible frost. My pkns are running a very distant 2nd to Dori's..........she is showing me how to do it.
