my 2009 first diary entry will begin with my line up that is set to take down my "run-his-mouth" rival...george j.
#1 spot 650 sq ft - 1385 jutras
#2 spot 650 sq ft - 1385 jutras (not a misprint)
#3 spot 650 sq ft - 1161 rodonis
planned crosses #1: 1385 x 1161 #2: 1161 x 1385, and
#3: a sibbed 1385
first round of seeds above will be started on 4-20-09 along with five 1147 shenoha 2008 backup plant seeds . if all germinate, the best 3 1147s will go side by side with the top dogs and the other 2 given to newbies.
if any of the top dogs have trouble germinating or are mutant sprouts, here are my next in line to take their prime spots. another 1385 or a 985. i would like to save my two 985s for next year if possible and do a 985, 985, and a 1255 van kooten 2008 (which i think by next year will be the new 1041 big-n-heavy seed). get some 1255 x 985 both way crosses and a sibbed 985 in 2010.
long way to go before then and anything can happen, but this is my battle plan set forth to do one thing...take down georgie boy and get a new pb while at it.
