Did my first serious work in my polytunnel this week. Dug out a 15 ft x15 ft area, and , removed the soil to a depth of 2 feet.
Replaced with old compost and lots of 3 year old manure, which has been maturing in my back garden, covered in plastic. Still lots more to do before May, but good to have started.
