Props to all of the great Marrow growers out there. I planted 3 plants and had 2 fruit on each plant. In 4 days, 4 of the 6 split. This one is around 36 inches long.

The 1810 porkchop baby. A first week of July pollination, sitting over 380 OTT, and over 5 feet long. Great gains still.

Hard to see through the leaves, but the last big one is starting to flash. That is a full size basketball for reference.

With this recent hot streak, there is a lot of flashing. Most will end up in the 5 pound range and not get officially weighed unless over 6.

One of the other pumpkins sitting around 1300 by tape. This plant tossed a female on the main at 7 feet, and the next was at 27. All side pollinations, and the second and third main aborted in a hot spell so I kept it. All in all I am happy with it.

New personal best pumpkin 1665 off the 1215 Young self. I loved the shape and color. It came second to VTJohn’s beauty for Howard Dill award at Saratoga. I had a lot of cucumber beetle damage on the skin.

The 8.10 from my 5.7 from last year. This was grown in a 8 X4 taste Ed bed for two plants. Should have waited to pick but I got nervous.
