Doing a bit of rooting around in the pumpkin cabinet today. I found these two badges from the 1166.25and 1033 back in 2016. Made my day when I got them and still proud to have grown the first pumpkin over 1,000lbs in Ireland.
Lets see if we can go one better and add a ONE tonne badge to the collection in 2020!!
Here we go

Started a few of my own seeds in preliminary germination tests just to make sure the setup is firing on all cylinders. If the real thing goes as good in the next couple weeks I'll be very happy.
Good to be back in the game

First soil test of the season. Looks OK but I would like to get my Boron and Calcium up a little. Have it figured out as to what to add to get to where we need to be. Thanks Stuart for your help and advice.
Lets push it to the max

We've been getting weather in the low to mid teens this past week.Plants going just OK at the moment. They need a little bit of something I feel to perk them up.

Plants coming along nicely. 2138 has landed like a dream. 2016 is starting to put its nose out in front and looks like it could be a little hot to handle.
Not long now and a decision will have to be made as to which one to keep.

Both plants are coming along nicely. 2138 Ceja touched down like a dream. 2016 has a bit of a rebellious streak about her.
Not long now and a decision will be made as to which one to keep. Mixing up my N routine on these at the moment.
