Wind blew in the sides of the hoophouse last night. Lost the Clementz and the McConkie isn't looking too great. Both got beat up by flapping plastic and metal poles I use to roll up the sides.

Sunday, June 9 View Page
A brick that I was using to hold the side plastic down actually landed on the McConkie in the wind storm. We will see if it can bounce back.

1211 is at 6 feet today. Secondaries are slow to start, might have been watering too much. First male flower opened today.

Friday, July 12 View Page
More burnt leaves on the 1211. They are burning even with the hoophouse plastic and 30% shade cloth. Temps hit 96 degrees today. I need to protect the young leaves better.

Thursday, July 18 View Page
1211 is at 10 feet today. Only 4 strong secondaries on the right side, none on the left side. 1817 is at 7 feet still growing along the side of the patch. Both plants have a pumpkin at the tip of the main.
