been away far to long,, home for the summer, starting line up, 2145 mcmullen, 2008 neptune, 1909 bok, 1985 miller, back ups, 1257 hester, 236 saxton*, est 525 saxton*,most of the back ups are older seeds, but soils best its ever been its time i got back to this, best to all and good luck, grow-em big. pappy

this was last friday, i put in perlite, peatmoss, 5 tons of sand, hand spread, roto-tilled in, put plastic over the 2 main growering area's, started 2145, 2008, 1985, today, rained last night, so hoop didn't get put up, got the light system in place, when seeds pop,.

3rd true leaf is on the 3 plants, this is the 2145 McMullen, they will go in the hoops tomorrow, 12 days in potting soil, a little behind this season,, but weather hasn,t been the best,

brewed a batch of willow tea today. got nearly a gallon, will last me a few weeks, Recipe, 3 quart pot for cooking 3.5 to 4 cups cup fresh willow branches, 1 to 1.5 inches long add 1.3/4 cup or 2 cups to 2 quarts of water in pot, boil for 10 minutes, turn off heat, let steep for ten minutes, put in cold water bath to rest for 10 minutes. pour into a gallon jug. repeat process. i use 1/4 cup to 2 gallons of water to start once a week, increase the size of watering area as needed as plant grows.

well i got the 1385H/J, and the 1442.5 Matesa in soil today, and also the 212 Reinhard bushel gourd, 59 Vester Cantalope, weather is not best yet,, but it is what it is, pictures will follow in a few days.
