A happy year to you all, weather here in Southern England is extreme at the moment raining to much and we now have a mud patch, fortunately I have a greenhouse which is full to bursting

2 new raised beds on our allotment for exhibition show onions ALSAE and cooking onions GOLDEN BEAR. I have some Wallace Pumpkin seeds and we are at the moment preparing the the ground to the left of these beds.

this years pumpkin bought from a garden shop no clue on the packet as to size, 4 seeds, only 2 germinated I have given the other one to a friend. the seeds bare the name of a very well known grower of giants so we shall see what happens.
