These are really happy baby ags in 1 gallon. The fourth seedling I will sacrifice as it's slow, but I potted it up anyway as I have a heart.

Here is the start to our giant elephant ear, it's a 1yr. Borneo king, cross of Borneo giant and gigantea i believe. I've been going hard with the giant ee's for a few years and have lost many big ones over the winter to rot. This one over wintered in the attic, in a bag with a bit of loose topsoil and some ginger plants uprooted, and moistened twice through the winter by dumping water in the bag. The ginger roots look great.

Catching some rays outside today. You can tell they are hungry, they have never been fed. Tonight I will put heavy fish emulsion solution in a dunk tank, and soak the seedlings from the bottom up.

This ag is quite happy, it has taken off and is at a good point to make it through our long summers.

This thing has plenty of former cold issues/damage etc. But the new growth is bangin. I touched the tip to grab a few cbs and it is so crisp and crunchy, I can imagine damage showing up on the leaves when they grow out, just from barely maneuvering my fingers through the cells.

This thing has been aborting left, and right. It looks like the genetics on this one could be good at making lots of little kins.
