I am from Serbia and the pumpkin growing is my new passion. Therefor, sorry for my English language... Actually, this is my second season and the result of last year was 433 kg. Not bad for beginning...I mean Now, I have better genetic 1756 Howell/Jolivette-14 & 1651 Halverson-14 (current situation is on the picture), improved technology, logistic and the most important-experience, and ofcourse I expect to upgrade my best result I wish the all members of big.pumpkin site good luck in growing of giant pumpkin, long gourd and vegetables I would like to exchange the information about pumpkin growing... All the best!   Saturday, June 4 View Page The flowers are pollinated and protected from moisture, sun and wind...The plants have so far achieved the top power. The long gourd is at this moment on the top floor of the trellis (10 ft)and I expect the fast develop of female flowers very soon. Lucky for me and my pumpkins that the net has worked and my plants were protected. Who has a wiskey?
