Strawberry-mango salsa... 2 cups diced strawberries 1 1/2 cup diced grape tomatoes 2 mangos diced 1 3/4 cup diced red onion 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro(or too taste) Juice of two limes 1/4 cup olive oil 1 oz white balsamic vinegar(or too taste) 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper And I recommend the lime flavored tortillas I know... The biopsy came back thurs and I'm guessing She will be starting chemo and radiation sometime this week...she's tough as nails so I'm thinking she'll be able to get me through this noooo problem...eesh...scary...keep her in your prayers and WE will see Ya all next season!!!...best of luck to everyone else still waiting to meet the scales!!!!
