Here is the trap I use for moles. Took me awhile, but once I figured it out they work pretty good. Had to get it deeper in the soil and make sure soil was packed under it so when the mole tunneled under it would trip the trap. WARNING the next picture is the results.

Sunday, March 13 View Page
This mole measure 6.5" not including tail. They do so much damage. this is the 12th mole since last June and first for this yr. Hopefully not many more.

Friday, April 15 View Page
Well after losing the main to a bend then bend/split, I was able to get the 1st side to lay down a and trained to about 5feet. I chose to keep it because of the root system it had, which at the time was larger than the 1017.

Friday, April 15 View Page
The 1017 doing good at about 9feet. I have already pinched off 1st baby kin and it is putting out more on the main and sides. Won't be long and we'll try to set 1 at about 15feet.
