As most people know I've took this year off, no pumpkins were grown in my patch, I spent the summer actually enjoying the time off, picking up some new hobbies and of course keeping an eye on everyone's diarys, I hope 2500 falls this year there seem to be a few contenders out there, that being said I will be back in 2015 I will give it my all again, good luck to everyone as you make your way to the finish line, may everyone's fruit go heavy.... Take Care Josiah B

There's a first year grower in wisconsin by the name of mike schmit, he put in the time during the winter of 2015-16 and learned as much as possible, attended spring meetings and so on, we by no means had a great year in wisconsin there has been alot of rain, "not the best year on record" Mikes a hard working guy I could tell that just by looking at his patch, he understands what it takes to grow WR potential fruit "Hard Work in the patch" this is one fruit of his that rotted a week before weigh off from a storm that dumped 3 inch of water on his patch, ended up weighing 1724# 19% heavy to charts, congratulations on an amazing year mike go for the state record...
