I'm done for 2014. The patch got hit pretty hard the last two nights. The 1288 Holland X Self is measuring in at 342" ott 888 lbs by the new chart. The 1545 Hunt X Self is at 352" ott. or 963 lbs. I was hoping for 1000 lbs but did'nt make it. May be it will go heavy!!! Our weigh off is 2 weeks away! so I dont know if they will do anything more in two weeks with no leaves:( There's always next year!!   Monday, September 29 View Page My final ott. on the 1545 Hunt was 357" ott. it weighed in at 1038 and it went 3% heavy. It could have done allot better have I took the time and covered the plant and protected it from the frost. Lost all leaves 2 weeks before weigh off.   Monday, September 29 View Page The 1288 Holland seed grew me a 976 pounder and it went 5.5% heavy. Final ott. numbers where 347 This will be a great seed to try next year as I grew this on the 4th side vine.   Monday, September 29 View Page The 1874 Mathison seed grew me a 612 pounder. I kinda gave up on this plant early on as it gave me trouble and it was a slow grower. The leave stems where only spaced 4-6 inches apart which made it difficult.A stunted plant! The ott. was 300 so pretty much on!
