(not really but beating him by 10-20 lbs.) luv u. babe ty   Monday, August 27 View Page First Attempt at “ala Saxton LG s “ Ingredients 8 LG s… 8-9 inches long ½ in diameter cut 1 ½ -2 inches boiled at boiling 3 min in salt water. Drained and set aside. 1 cup Calvatia Bonvista (wild puff ball mushrooms or your personal preference) 2 rounded tbsp of minced garlic or 6 diced garlic cloves Heat 12-14 inch fry pan 1/8 cup olive oil 2 c Swiss chard stems Save leafs. 1 lb polish kielbasa ¼ tsp Season salt ¼ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Italian seasoning Parmesan cheese to taste is optional Preparation Low to med heat gas stove Add boiled lgs, cloves, chard stems, cover, watch until stems are soft, stir frequently Cut kielbasa into 1-1 ½ in pieces. (for 1-2 people use ½ of meat.) set aside. After 5 minutes add mushrooms (optional) Cover, sauté for 2 min Add season salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning stir in. add meat, cover, reduce heat, stir frequently. Simmer. Start chard leafs as to preference Boil add to fry pan , your preference. Serve with bake tater and or biscuits..
