I dug up the gravel driveway as best i could (about 4 inches deep to solid rock) added some compost and top soil. Made it into a raised bed. I had to dig a ditch to keep the water from the upper driveway from flooding the spot. I'm in the last apartment so no one used this parking area. It looks more pale then it was due to inside light.   Saturday, April 21 View Page Here is the same grafted plant on friday apr 20. Really looks good. Its a 35 kent 10 melon plant. The plant is starting to vine, but we expect cold weather the 1st of the week, so that will slow it down.
