Well here goes for this season its been a long winter for me i have doing lots of things other than gardening the most intresting was a ten week beekeeping course. im only planting 2 pkns this year and doing a couple of backups my line up is 275 van hook and 1145.5 van hook my backups will be 633 langleys off my good friend bryan langley. i have given most of my seed collection away this year to my friends at the allotments doing our annual giant pkn competition i dont see the point in keeping hold of perfectly good seed just to say i have one i would rather then see dirt good luck everyone at beechwood allotments middlesbrough uk who are taking part this season. i am concentrating more on maters and marrows this year i shall be growing 6 marrows 2 of mine from the 74# i grew last year 2 from cornish giants 71 # and 2 from peter glazebrooks seed i recieved in seed promo from egvga thanks guys for shareing i hope i can do them proud im hoping to hit the 3 figure numbers this year. the maters im growing are 2 off my 3.3oz mater 1 perry 3.59 3 from tim penningtons 3.94 3 from peter glazbrooks 3.94 and 2 from 3.18 smits so a total of 11 plants my goal is 4lb plus this year i shall also be growing a few other things giant cabbage from dave thomas giant swede also from dave (if i can find some space) giant beetroot heavy carrot tall corn im sure i shall be growing other things also but my mind has gone blank i am trying some new products from symbio uk this year and hoping to beat my personal best with them and i hope to keep some records on my progress thanks martin ward and staff for the trial products. well thats about it all for now good luck everyone i hope you all achieve youre goals and hope youre only a Lb or so behind me come finishing time lol all the best mal
