After both of my dirt dogs looking at my soil test and telling me basically the same thing that my OM was a bit high at a shade under 16%.. I was advised not to add compost this spring. Now any pumpkin grower with the name of Abbynormal had no choice in what to do in a case like this.. I made my pumpkin area about 1000 sq ft bigger. I needed a place to put some compost.. I will grow one of my own seeds in the new area..
