My good friend Bob in his pumpkin patch. Bob asked for some seeds from my pumpkins last year and I lightly coached him in the beginning and now he has one over 300 in his first year of growing, and a few more around 100 on two plants squished into 300 square feet.

The composting efforts are again underway. These bins sit in the same strip of soil that grew my 700 pounder off the 904 Stelts plant. Leaves are spread out on the patio and the lawnmower mulches them up and after some select ingredients are added, a scoop shovel makes quick work of leaves into the bins and within three days we should be getting 150 degrees in the core of each bin.
